You may view the
application for service
online,
but you will need to complete a pre-numbered application in
person at the utility office. You will need a Texas Driver's
License or photo identification, as well as proof of residence, such
as a lease contract, deed or purchase contract. All balances
due the City from prior services must be paid before a new service
will be granted. You will be required to place a deposit on
the account before service will be completed.

more information on required deposits.
Applications turned in before 2:00 PM are usually completed the
same day. Applications turned in after 2:00 PM are usually
completed the next day.
